Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with BEDAN PROPERTIES, LLC STORE, operated by BEDAN PROPERTIES, LLC. We want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our rates, delivery times, and coverage areas.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will begin processing the following Monday.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in carrier systems after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. The following shipping options are available at checkout:

Free Shipping Threshold: Standard shipping is free on all orders totaling $75.00 or more (before taxes). This applies to the contiguous 48 US states. See Alaska and Hawaii section below for important exceptions.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

We ship to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. Standard shipping rates of $6.99 apply to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note: Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Orders to AK and HI under $75 and over $75 are both charged the standard $6.99 shipping rate.

Estimated delivery to Alaska and Hawaii via standard shipping is 7–10 business days from the ship date. Express and Overnight options may not be available to all AK/HI zip codes — please contact us at [email protected] before ordering if you need expedited delivery to these states.

US Territories

We ship to US territories including Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), US Virgin Islands (USVI), American Samoa (AS), and the Northern Mariana Islands (MP). Standard shipping rates apply, and delivery typically takes 10–14 business days. US territories are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Express and Overnight options are not available to US territories.

International Shipping

At this time, BEDAN PROPERTIES, LLC STORE ships only within the United States and its territories. We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand internationally in the future. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an automated shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order directly on the carrier's website:

• FedEx: fedex.com

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to reflect tracking updates.

Carrier Selection

We reserve the right to select the most efficient and cost-effective carrier for your shipment. Your choice of Standard, Express, or Overnight determines the delivery speed, not the specific carrier. For Overnight deliveries, we use FedEx Priority exclusively to ensure reliable next-business-day delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please:

• Check with neighbors or other household members
• Look for a delivery notice from the carrier
• Check with your local carrier facility
• Wait 24–48 hours, as tracking sometimes updates before physical delivery

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be held responsible for theft or loss from your property. We strongly recommend adding a secure delivery location, requiring a signature, or using a package locker if theft is a concern in your area. If you believe your package was lost in transit (not yet delivered), please contact us promptly and we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. BEDAN PROPERTIES, LLC STORE is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize your address is incorrect, email us immediately at [email protected] with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll correct it. If it has shipped, address corrections may not be possible and we cannot guarantee re-delivery to a corrected address.
