At BEDAN PROPERTIES, LLC STORE, operated by BEDAN PROPERTIES, LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, our straightforward return and refund policy makes it easy to make things right.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted at our discretion. To ensure timely processing, please initiate your return as soon as you know you'd like to return an item.
Eligible Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed — items must not have been worn, washed, or dry cleaned
- Original condition — no odors (smoke, perfume, pet odors), stains, or damage
- Original tags attached — all original tags must still be on the item
- Original packaging preferred — please return in original poly bag or packaging if possible
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or use
- Items with removed or missing tags
- Items that have been altered or customized
- Final sale items marked "Final Sale" on the product page
- Undergarments or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Step 1: Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]"
- Step 2: Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and your reason for returning
- Step 3: We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days
- Step 4: Package your item securely and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location
- Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days
Return Shipping
For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Simply email us to request the label and we'll send it to you within 1–2 business days. Do not mail items back without first contacting us for a return authorization — unrequested returns may not be accepted.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it to confirm it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase:
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within 3–5 business days after we process them
- Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days after we process them, depending on your bank or card issuer
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed. The refund will be for the full purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product).
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order for the correct item. This is the fastest way to ensure you receive your replacement, as we ship new orders independently of the return process. To start an exchange, follow the same return process above and place a new order on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Email this information to [email protected] or call us at (727) 342-8951. For damaged or defective items, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping at no additional cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item received. We'll send the correct item via expedited shipping and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item — all at no cost to you.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number. We process orders quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellations on orders that have already been fulfilled or shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can initiate a return once it arrives.
Late Returns
Returns initiated after 30 days from the delivery date are generally not accepted. However, if you have a compelling reason for a late return, please reach out to us at [email protected] and we'll do our best to work with you on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline late returns or offer store credit instead of a refund.
